Personal and Community Development learning was formerly ACL (adult and community learning).

Funding is for PCDL related capital projects, including construction of PCDL centres, conversion of existing buildings to provide PCDL facilities or the major refurbishment of existing PCDL facilities.  Please see the capital handbook and speak to your RPA for more information on PCDL funding.
