The annual RIBA/LSC Further Education Conference and 2008 Design Excellence Award Ceremony takes place on April 21st 2008 at the RIBA 66 Portland Place London.

The theme of the conference this year is Innovation by Design. Confirmed speakers include Minister of State Bill Rammell MP, Professor Stephen Heppell and Steven Broomhead, Chief Executive, North West Development Agency. The award will be presented by RIBA President Sunand Prasad.
