Property Services

The infrastructure and property services team, directed by Philip Head, encompasses:

  • Regional Property Advisers (RPAs)
  • Claims Team
  • Capital Policy Team 

It is a national team, which delivers within the regions through the RPAs, a £544 million budget (2007/08) to fund the delivery of 'world class buildings' within the Further Education sector.

Key areas of responsibility for the property team include the administration of the 16-19 capital fund, the comission of client capability studies such as the design guidance, eMandate, the development of framework agreements and the promotion of sustainability through the administration of the capital programme.
